Very relaxed and friendly salon who know and treat their customers really well. Chantelle is superb with colour and cuts my hair so brilliantly even I can style it when I get home!

Very well organised for COVID-19 and track and trace. Despite the masks it was a very friendly visit and a great haircut.
My first visit to the salon since lockdown. Great feeling to have my hair cut in a proper style again after numerous attempts to keep my hair in trim during lockdown. Actually feel 10 years younger! Salon has got all the safety features in place and I felt really really pleased to be back there again. Thank you Claire and Chantelle for all your amazing work and I look forward to visiting the salon again soon.

Claire has spent a lot of time ensuring that all government guidelines are followed and I felt total safe during my fab hair colour and cut. Loving the little touches like the floor distance stickers of Claire and Chantelle! Everything was wiped down constantly and the salon had been moved round to ensure maximum safety. I visited Chantelle at Alter Ego for her to check my extensions which she has applied 5 weeks ago and also had my hair wash and blow dried.
Her customer service is consistently outstanding and I always feel better and look great when I leave the salon .
Claire knows exactly what to do to tame my super thick and wavy hair. Since going here and using her products too my hair is super soft and shiny and in great condition. Her and chantelle make the experience very relaxing too...even got me lunch while I had my hair done! And prosecco on offer at xmas time which is an added bonus!

Claire runs an excellent hair salon where her and her staff will always ensure you have a pleasurable and professional hair cut, colour or treatment. I’ve been a client over 13 years even to the extent of popping in whilst living abroad. I’m back now and wouldn’t look anywhere else.
