The first time I visited the salon the experience was great. Unfortunately the next time I was greeted by a rude receptionist who seemed completely unbothered that I'd turned up for an appointment that hadn't been booked onto their system by them despite a lengthy conversation on the phone. The hairdresser couldn't fit me in despite booking the appointment a month ago and having waited that time already. They have now made me wait another 2 weeks. If it wasn't that I have a voucher to use that my partner bought me as a birthday present I certainly wouldn't bother! They need to learn how to deal with customers when the mistake is clearly theirs. Thank goodness I didn't have a special occasion other than dinner planned for tonight. Imagine if it was a wedding! The very least they could have done is offered me a free treatment to make up for being messed around but nada... just a po faced young girl who clearly couldn't give a monkeys. This is not the way to do business. She was so rude I walked away fuming :-(
