Made an appointment on Thursday for Saturdayy 30th for 12pm. My first appointment to Back 2 Front. I arranged my day for appointment and going out for the day, as you do. I get to saloon at 11.45am for my 12 0'clock app' The lady at the reception (Superviser!!!) Asked who I was booked with!!! There was no one there to do my hair. Never in my 35 years have I experienced such an unprofessional service. I was told I think she is not coming in!!! Let me just ask some one to call her!!! My boss is in hospital, I am busy, there is no one else to do your hair!!!! What happened to doing the "norm" taking customers number. Give the customer a call to let them know of the cancelation. But it seems the staff at Back 2 Front didn't no what they were doing. Never again, would not recommend this saloon to anyone.
