I enjoyed a therapeutic hour in this salon and went home with lovely nails. Excellent value for money. Best of all - no chemical smell in this salon.

Tucked away on Stratton Ground, Westminster is a truly lovely nail studio with friendly, well trained staff, top quality products and a light filled, fully equipped salon. It's open 7 days per week and their prices are very reasonable for the standard of service and products used. Have been a regular customer for years and my experience has been consistently great. The one ir two times that something wasn't to my liking, they put it right immediately in a pleasant and helpful way.

Friendly staff booked me in for a last minute appointment. It was refreshing to be seen in a timely manner as I was in a rush. The salon was clean and warm and they had a film playing on the tv to keep the clients entertained. I would visit this salon again
Fab - they fitted me in with no notice as I'd booked ag the Victoria one and went to the Westminster by mistake! Had shellack done there for the first time and they did it really well and were very attentive and patient. Also had my eyebrows done and Yuki was so gentle which was good as I was a bit scared of the pain. V happy with the result. Thanks Bell Cour! Only think I can think that would improve the service would be to have some music in the background
I went for a Sunday treat pedicure treatment together with my boyfriend. The staff is really nice and friendly and so gentle when working. It was the first time in a salon for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it too. We will definitely be coming back here more times.
I had a pedicure at Belle Cour Westminster branch earlier this week. The beautician used a buffing pad to remove hard skin on my feet. She must have buffed very hard as I was left with a patch on my heel where there was almost no skin left. It was sore afterwards and black in colour where she had gone through the layers of skin. I pointed it out straight away as it was stinging and when the pedicure ended I complained and was offered a very small discount of 10% and a plaster so it didn’t get infected. I paid £25 for the pedicure. It is now five days later and it is healing but I still need to be careful to keep it clean. Unfortunately, I have no idea of the beautician’s qualifications or experience as nail salons are not regulated. It is a nice looking salon and they did a good job of painting my toenails but I wouldn’t go back because of this experience.

I've been coming here for a few months. Nail services are well done and caring. Their focus is on getting things right and not handling customers in the usual nail salon 'conveyor belt' system. Eye brow threading is great, though didn't like the massage. Love them and would recommend going over, you'll like it.
I got Gel extension infill and I am happy with the result. I will definitely come back !

This has to be the worst nail salon I've visited. I had gel nails put on after the technician thinned my nail down to nothing. My fingers are all painful.
Moreover, whilst i was having my nails don someone else was having theirs redone after they chipped after two days. The ladies don't listen to anything being said and speak over you. Hence, the issues.
Up the game, you're in Victoria and not Brixton!

My first experience at this salon was awful - had a full set off acrylic nails put on & a week later my nail turned green! I went back to get them taken off and they didn't do anything about it and let me walk away with green nails telling me it could last 6 months before they go back to normal. I got gels put on and then they charged me twice!
I will not be going back!

this is the 2nd pedicure i have had here and it was just as good as the first. the staff are lovely and very professional. i have had manicures too and they are just as good. their prices are very good too. i have had pedicures/manicures at champneys for example but belle cour are the best.
Had a lovely waxing appointment with Lulu, she was professional and made me feel comfortable. One of the most painless waxes I ever had and the lycon wax she used was chocolate scented! The salon itself is quite new and has good space. The waxing room was warm and had good ambience, just felt like the ceiling lights were a bit too bright for me. Would definitely go again and highly recmmend going for wax here.
The young ladies who served were polite. My nails looked and still look fabulous after a week. Would recommend

When I popped into the salon earlier in the week to purchase some specialist Environ products, I was offered a complimentary consultation with the Environ skincare speciliast in-store a few days later, which I accepted. The salon staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The skincare consultant was very knowledgable, professional and friendly. At the end of the consultation I was given a treatment plan. I found it very informative and helpful. Great service!
Paying £36 for nail extension while other salons charge max £25 I was expecting really much more exceptional service. Receptionist girl was really friendly and lovely, but for nails... I got a girl that I could get nails done for £15. She didn't talk to me, left me to dry my nails forever and were doing another client, Itill I felt cold hands and decide that it was enough as nail were dry already. I feel awkward as girl didn't even came back to put nail oil or to say good bye.. I sit there for 5 min but nothing happened, so just had to stand up to say good bye to receptionist and leave...

Manicures are great! Staff are all lovely apart from the receptionist. Good quality manicures. Chairs are slightly uncomfortable because you can't push them in so far you have a bad back this place is not for you.
The nail technician did a thorough job of removing my acrylic nails. And I enjoyed a relaxing manicure. My only slight negative was that I would have liked my cuticles pushed down and tidied slightly more.
