Honestly thought I’d give it a go since the reviews are good, I am actually distraught. Never in 26 years have I had my hair cut so badly. The girl cutting it didn’t smile once, very bad service I will never go near there again.
I had a most relaxing and enjoyable afternoon. The staff were attentive and kind. The hairdressing was most professional and the result was exactly as I wanted. Thank you everyone!
I'm in the UK for a short trip and called them on Tuesday and they booked me in for Friday cut and highlight with Charlie. I absolutely loved the cut and the colour and have rebooked with Charlie for my next UK trip.
I have been going to Sam for over 10 years and I wouldn’t go to anyone else she goes above and beyond every time! The atmosphere of the salon would not be the same without sams bubbly character!

I have been going to Billy Shears for almost 2 years now. Never before have I trusted anyone with my hair as I trust Chloe. She has understood perfectly how I want my hair treated. Her colour work (through consultation, recommendation and execution) is second to none.
