Ok feel bad but this needs to be said. I had toeu extensions put in. Was advised 50% less needed but doubled this which was good as there wouldn't have been enough. Didnt colour match as she said she would plus they didnt cover the problem area. Was over charged £100 but she said i was wrong? Had to go back few days later as they were falling out do £500 cost lasted less than a week. Gave them a chance and they said they'd overcharged but only when i was there. I didnt get a call. I let them remove them and do my colour and put them back. They fell out. Had to ask daughter to sort it. Went back told them was told she had cold fingers? They didnt even patch test for colour. Was going on hol so booked again. Cant say i didnt give them a chance. However was told that they were too busy to deal with my hair on a saturday. Now that was giving them 1 month's notice. Never went back. Extensions were horrible so took them out and daughter bought balmain on line and put them in. They never moved and quality of hair far superior. Save your money and give this place a miss
