Walked in with no appointment. Had a consultation plus some good tips on how to control my crazy curly hair. Just had wash & cut as could not get colour as needed colour test, that was a first never been refused before by other salons but when she explained a severe reaction could cause death I was like OMG!!! but will be going back next week for the colour. Nice staff & atmosphere & very happy with the cut and advice i was given
great consultation did what i asked for plus a few tips to control my crazy curly hair. will be going back for my colour. Would not do it for on the day due to not having colour allergy test. They explained why and i was shocked that i could actually die from a severe reaction OMG That was a first everywhere else iv been just coloured my hair with no test!
I use the hair and beauty salon. I have been to Bilston and wolverhampton salons both are equally nice friendly and very clean salons. Staff are very helpful I always leave feeling fab. My friends and family also use Colabella.
I have been a customer of Colabella since 2005 I can honestly say the service never changes,some places I have gone before get a bit complacent when you are a regular but not at Colabella you get the same service time after time which is always brilliant and I'm always happy,they started a beauty section a few years ago and I use that too, it's great I can get my colour put on go for my beauty and my stylists pops in to check on me then when it's ready I go back into the hair section of the salon, so handy as two things get done in one appointment. This is the longest I have stayed at one salon. I don't mind who does it I have tried them all. I was asked by the salon owner if I would review the salon so here it is, my review for Colabella from a happy client.
