I would highly recommend crystal clear as the treatment is fantastic and the results are great but also the staff are very professional. Jade thoroughly explained the treatment to me and made me feel really comfortable, she's amazing and it's because of her I keep coming back for more treatments and have recommended her to my friends and family.
I received a back and shoulder massage 5 days ago, and the service I received I cannot fault,Rita was lovely given the pressure as I wanted and helped me relax, she also gave me some after care advice and what she would recommend next time with a discount card to go with it. I would recommend to everyone! Great value for money too and so close to my home!

My experience at crystal clear today was very good, i was welcomed by a very friendly member of staff, my appointment was conducted on time and it was completed as planned.
The member of staff conducting my waxing was frienly and made me feel comfortable throughout.
i did my microdermabrasion with Rita and I am absolutely happy with the choice I did going in Crystal clear Walsall.
The girls are lovely and very experienced. However the manager could use to brush up on her management skills and realise to put the clients first instead of herself! She is very unprofessional and catty, Moreso she has definately put me off visiting. this place again!!!! She skips the treatments whereas the girl are more thorough. Credit where credit due.

Rita was a very friendly staff , she went threw my treatment step by step told me what she was doing, and recommended what the best cleansing products for skin would be. I would definetly recommend crystal clear skin.
Jade did a few sessions of microdermabrasion along with substituting a hint of surjical spirit. Jade removed all the tan marks from my body which I thought was impossible.
She was extremely passionate and took her time, did not rush and a true example of customer service.
I will be visiting this branch more often and getting many more treatments from Jade.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided today.
Last week I had spray tanning done on my full body prior to competing in a Bodybuilding competition.
After the show I was hoping the tan would easily remove with a good session of exfoliating in the shower, however I was wrong!
I was on my hand and knees scrubbing my hands (ended up burning my skin)
I had patches of tan all over my body , mixed with burnt skin scaring.
I needed a quick fix as I am flying out to Dubai tomorrow and did not want to look like a half Simpson half chocolate brownie in my swim trunks.
So I decided to do some research online. Came across a few remedies one of which was lemon juice. It did not help.
I then came across Crystal Clear Skin clinics -near me.
I contacted Vyse street Birmingham, they said they could not help as they do not have the products for tan removal, they told me to contact Walsall. Before contacting Walsall, I contacted Great Barr clinic as they were closer, but they said the same.
So eventually I contacted Walsall branch and spoke to a very kind young lady (Jade)
Jade came across very friendly and welcoming on the phone.
She booked me an appointment and told me to worry she would have me smiling leaving the clinic.
On attendance of my appointment, I was welcomed by Rita, also very welcoming and offered me a drink mentioned Jade would be with me very soon, offered me a seat made me feel very welcome. Told me to fill out a form.

Jade the masseuse & beautician did a full body massage,she knew all the right pressure to use on me . I have a few conditions so it was good to have someone that is knowledgeable and experienced.

The lady was lovely who did my treatment.
I arrived late but she still saw me. The only negative I would say is that no blackheads or whiteheads were removed during treatment. I have had microdermabrasion done before from a different salon and they did do this so I did expect this to be done here also. Also the facial mask was only kept on for 5 minutes. Maybe it was rushed because I was late but I'm greatful that she was kind enough to see me as I was almost 20 minutes late!
