I had a terrible experience with an at home Box dye, it came out awful. Another salon told me there was no hope after a strangely reactive strand test. I sought out a second opinion, and thankfully found Rayne. Rayne succeeded in managing to rid me of the awful orange hair colour I had been left with (if you want some life advice that has been learnt the hard way, put down the box dye with the white box and blue writing thay begins with C no matter how tempted you may be and you will avert disaster) and returned me to a beautiful blonde colour. If you are looking for a colour specialist Rayne is just that and I can't recommend her significant talent with colour highly enough.

Another fabulous blow dry by the very talented hairdresser. I would strongly recommend a blow dry by Michael. You need to give yourself the experience to believe it. His knowledge on all matters hair is top and he always has a keen eye for the best style that suits your face. He always has time to train juniors and advise his team of stylists on different types of hair. I do highly recommend the salon.

As always, Rosie was very attentive and listened carefully to identify the colour I wanted to achieve. Always difficult to blend in greys as an aging brunette but Rosie put together a perfect blend of toners in the new range that gave me a really natural look. Still showed a little grey (which I wanted) but overall I am still (an older) brunette. Fantastic job Rosie 😊

Rosie is absolutely wonderful. We changed tack with my hair a few months ago to enable it to grow as it was breaking because of years of bleach etc. Michael had been recommending me to ease off the blonde and he’s right. So Rosie blonded (!) the front and sides and we are leaving the rest to go back to my natural colour plus wi am using their new Davines conditioning masks three times a week which is making a huge difference. Michael always has ideas when I want a change and always explains and discusses them so I know what will work for my hair. Love my change and the cut is flattering.and easy to look after. It’s not cheap but because my hair is so well cut I can leave longer than usual salons between appointments as it grows out tidily and in shape! So well worth the money. And best head massages while hair is washed too - got rid of my headache so thanks for that!!
