Disasterous colour and cut. Left hair brittle and unmanageable. Owner refused any responsibility. Very unprofessional.
Been going to Dennis Michael for many years now, always have fantastic service and each and everyone in the salon goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and at ease. Highly recommended.
Terrible service! Asked for natural, blended highlights. Paid £130 and came out hating how stripy and fake it looked. Salon owner refused to add more colour to blend it, would only offer toner which I wasn't happy with. Asked if I could please have even a partial refund as my hair came out looking exactly like what I wanted to avoid and was refused. I felt Dennis was very insulting and argumentative. He repeatedly told me, "There is nothing wrong with your hair" despite me saying it wasn't what I asked for at all. COMPLETE waste of a lot of money. Don't bother, find a different salon!
