After writing a letter to this 'business' to express my poor experience at the salon was rudely ignored, I will voice it on here. This salon does not know the meaning of good customer service, requests were ignored, and when I respectfully asked for my hair to be fixed I was treated disgustingly by the owner! I paid a lot of money for an awful job and I would not recommend anyone to go to this salon. The only good thing I have to say about it is that the young gentleman who washed my hair on my visit was lovely and he is a credit to the staff. Other than that, I was extremely upset and disappointed with everything about my experience with this salon and I will be sure to tell everyone about how badly I was treated. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
