I purchased a groupon for cut, blowdry and deep conditioning treatment. I was looking forward to the experience due to not having had my hair cut for over 6 months.
The stylist was running late, which I understand can't be helped. Half way through the cut I was informed there was a £5 supplement for long hair. I explained in the groupon small print it stated for hair down to shoulder blades. My hair came just below the top on my shoulders, a long distance from the bottom of my shoulder blades. She finished the cut, and proceeded to charge the additional £5, stating it was an error on Groupons part, and the company had tried to remove this. I personally don't believe what she was saying, and feel the salon is out to con people. I was in the chair for a total of 25 minutes, the quickest trip to the hairdressers since I was 8 years old. If there was an option for 0 stars, this would have been my truthful review. I would encourage people to think carefully about using this salon. I will certainly never be returning.
Bad beauty treatment experience. Complained and did not bother about offering anything. Rude staff.
I've had my hair cut here twice now by 2 different hairdressers and have loved it both times. They really care about how your hairs going to look and my hair feels amazing too with the products. Would definitely recommend and it's now going to be my regular salon.
DO not go here! Had skin test and asked what I needed doing, told me a half head route colour. Got there today to be told only booked route highlights didn't have anymore time, then all off a sudden she did have time to do a full head highlights at mmmm I'll have to go and check....... Oh yes you've guessed it an additional £60!!! I got my coat after telling them even dick Turpin wore a mask before robbing people. Do not book there you'll be conned.
