V rude ,please don't go to this hair and beauty salon naz and nad Ilford lane as this lady naz don't have manners how to talk with customers , I have a v bad experience with her please think 100 times if you are planing to visiting her ????.check her face book page and you can clearly see lots of bad reviews about her .
