AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The salon is dirty with expired products. I broke out after my facial and had burns everywhere after a wax. Spend your money elsewhere!!!!!
The appt booked through Zanab was beyond horrific. I drove payed for parking and arrived at the venue for my scheduled 10am appt.Shelby who greeted me let me know she was stuck in traffic. Further 15mins later a very relaxed Zanab walked in the complex and half smiled and slowly walked to the back. Zanab saw me waiting for her but thought it would be apropiate to have a further 10 mins conversation in the back as i could hear them. Zanab then came out with a smile on her face asking me if i was ready and with no apology with her poor time keeping. I decided to give her feedback and she immediately became aggressive with me and very patronising What made matters worse she then declined to treat me and told me to get out, i asked for the managers number to call she said the owners are away and she was managing the store. I told her the way she carried herself was beyond unacceptable of which then she physically told me to f*ck off” and get out of which i left.

Today I had the most amazing massage by a lovely young lady by the name of Fatima. A West End Salon has come to Ilford. Beautiful decor, lovely Staff and a massage that I'll never forget!! WOW this was Schamazing. How this has had bad reviews, I'll never know. However, I was told it had recently changed ownership, so clearly the new owner knows exactly what they are doing, all I can say folks is 'Check this out' NOW!! I'll be amazed. Best Massage I have ever had & i've been to some Top places. So if you're in Ilford, or if you're not 'go there' you won't be disappointed! Thank you Peppermint for such a fabulous massage!!????????
STAY AWAY!!!DO NOT GET YOUR PEDICURE DONE THERE!! Would never go back there again! First of all, very cramped space, yes reception is nice but then you go down a small corridor and I got stuck in a phone booth size room! No choice of nail varnishes ( and the girl even admitted "the colours we have at the moment are actually rubbish!!!), so she actually used her own that she had in her handbag!!!??? I didn't feel like she cleaned my feet properly and my nails on one of my feet were all different shapes!
Then she put my feet under a fan for 25 minutes to dry off the polish!! As i felt cold after sometime I had to put my feet up. She never came up to check on me or anything. To top it all up, they had no disposable flip flops so I had to risk it and leave in my trainers!!
My deluxe pedi was supposed to be a nice experience and take 60min, but sadly she only took 20 to polish my feet and another 10min to apply the varnish. The rest I was stuck under the cold fan!

I want you all to be aware of this salon and this particular young lady that works there, that does most of the treatments. I went in and from the start she had been showing me a lot of attitude and wasn't pleasant at all. She normally does not charge for patches for the laser hair removal but for some reason she had charged me as if it was done intentionally and purposely. I only done the sides of my cheeks and part of my upper neck but not the full face yet she charged me the full price £40! i was in shock and very disappointed and to top it off she was not at all understanding but instead decided to argue and lied about many things. She lied about the fact that she does not charge for just patches for the laser hair removal when clearly her words before was if you come back to get laser hair removal on few areas we wont charge you (and she didn't charge me previously) but today due to her poor attitude and moody behavior she decided to lie and charge me.
