Had a cut, conditioning treatment and full head of colour and cannot fault any of it. Would recommend.
I used a voucher so unsure of normal prices but the add on colour was very reasonably priced.
Took fright about what I wanted done and changed my mind at the last minute. Hairdresser had already made up colour for me. Thought she'd be really annoyed when I said I'd changed my mind but she was so nice and understanding. Thanks for that.
As a first time customer I was impressed by the look and atmosphere of the salon. My stylist was very friendly and chatty and we discussed what I wanted with pictures before starting. I cannot fault her on the colour, it was the exact shade I wanted, but I've been left with a short full fringe that was not what I wanted at all. I think she knew she had cut it too short, as she fiddled with it for several minutes and tried to reassure me over and over that it was just 'bouncing up'. Unfortunately, after coming home and washing it the same day, this wasn't the case.
When it came to paying for my cut, I presented a voucher and was under the impression that the colour was also at a discounted cost. This was not the case - which was fine - but I felt the receptionist got very defensive with me about it. Considering I wasn't happy with the cut anyway, I now felt I couldn't say anything and just wanted out of the salon as soon as possible.
What started as a positive experience ended on a disappointing one. As I said, the girl who cut my hair was lovely, but I won't be back.
Nori and his staff all very welcoming and friendly. Lovely salon with very relaxing atmosphere, great experience as always.

Great haircut and overall great experience
This is my first and last visit to this salon. I went as I read the excellent reviews. However my visit was far from excellent. To begin, when I arrived I was not even greeted or asked if I want a drink. The girl took me directly and started washing my hair without even asking me what I want. She then sat me on a chair and started giving me a generic haircut. I absolutely hate my haircut, the girl, took way more from the length, while not giving me any layers, which I asked for. Then she didn't even asked me what blowdry I want, she just gave me a straight one with tons of product. I am very disappointed and I am never going back again.
My hair was so unmanageable and heavy. Katie gave me such a great cut and styled my hair perfectly.
I have been going to Nori's salon for years and can always be assured of excellent service with a personal touch.

Katie cut my hair today and she did a brilliant job. With very little input from me she seemed to know exactly what I wanted and the end result was better than I expected. Katie is lovely, friendly and chatty. I will definitely be back at the salon.
Didn't expect to pay £107.00 for half head highlights and trim. Took over 3 1/2 hours and thought it was a training school.

Always happy from my visit to Salanori as the staff are always welcoming,offer refreshments and make sure you are okay. I get my hair done by Sarah and I am extremely happy as to how my hair is looking after each visit. There is always good advice on hand too.
I had a cut and blow dry done by Ashley strachan. This is the 2nd time Ashley has done my hair and everytime iv left feeling fab. She does such a good job and exactly what I want.

Been coming here many years and Leanne is a fantastic stylist. Super friendly, professional and always gives good honest advice and delivers a great cut/colour. Makes the whole salon experience an enjoyable one. Also is very accommodating should you ask for something then decide you don't want it! Highly recommend.

I have been going to this salon for many years. I see Leanne and she is just fabulous. I adore my hair and she is such a friendly lady and a wonderful hairdresser. I am moving to Glasgow soon and I plan on still coming to Dundee to get my hair done. I love this salon v much.

I am very pleased that I am going grey in a subtle way...... Highlights ( using the old-fashioned 'cap' mean that my grey hairs come through underneath. No more 'Do my roots for me'! I think my skin and hair colour are much more in tone now. Thanks for helping me to go grey with style!!

Lovely salon with a good atmosphere. Have been visiting the salon now for a few years. Staff are always very friendly, not intimidating like some salons. Always get Leanne for ½ head highlights/lowlights and cut and blow dry. Get a great laugh with her, she is top notch when it comes to colour and cut. Have never left the salon unhappy with my hair. She knows what I like, knows what suits me and receive lots of compliments after I have had it done – and that’s down to having a good hairdresser – book Leanne you won’t be disappointed.
As always best place in UK.

Leanne has cut and sometimes coloured my hair for about five years and every time it is perfect. She is kind, friendly and does not chat endlessly about herself or ask inane questions about my holidays which is refreshing in a hairdresser. The cut itself is just as I like it. With gentle suggestion from Leanne it has changed to a more feminine and soft style, which suits me. The colour when I used to have it was always very natural and pretty. I could not be happier and recommend warmly.
Ashley was absolutely incredible. My hair was in the worst condition, left feeling very pleased and very satisfied !
