My daughter gave me a Groupon Voucher for Shampoo Hair Salon, Potters Bar. I had my hair done today at 12.00 and have been very happy with the service given. I was seen promptly and was given good advice on where the best and cheapest car parking space was as I did not know the area. My highlights and cut were expertly done. I found the staff to be friendly, asked whether I would like a drink and magazines. I would use this salon again.
I purchased a Groupon voucher, upon trying to make an appointment I was spoken to very rudely and was told that the Groupon voucher should have been taken down and then was begrudgingly offered an appointment for 25 days later. If a salon isn't prepared to accommodate Groupon clients properly then they should not advertise offers on there. I cancelled my appointment and I am requesting a refund from Groupon. Going on my experience with this salon and their rude staff I would not recommend this to anyone.
