I just wanted to mention how very kind and understanding Olivia was this evening with my daughter. She discussed with them their anxiety around hair cuts, listened to what they are setting out to achieve, was honest, approached what she was doing by communicating really well throughout and helping us with a great plan going forward.
Thank you so much Olivia, this is a great step towards helping reduce their anxiety going forward.

i attended the Romford salon on Saturday and how I wished I had stayed at home!!! Attended on time for my appointment, left sitting in the chair for 20 minutes before anyone approached me. When my stylist did speak to me, she asked me what I wanted doing (she was not my usual one!), I told her that I just wanted my roots done (I have two colours in my hair). She then started looking at my hair, and said that if I wanted one colour, it would be uneven. I repeated I just wanted my roots done in the same colours as it is. She then repeated about an uneven colour. When she finally understood what I wanted, she went off to get another stylist to tell her what she should do!! After the colour had been washed off, an "apprentice" used a hairbrush to get rid of the tangles, etc., and then started rough drying my hair without applying any product, but then somebody came in to the salon (delivery person?) and so she disappeared. I was then left sitting in the chair with damp hair for approximately 10 minutes. A stylist then came over and finished "rough" drying my hair which I could have done!! Told her that i wanted my fringe cut, she then cut my fringe without putting a towel on my lap and so I then had hair all over my trousers. The apprentice seemed more concerned over the fact that there was not going to be any "drinks later" then in drying my hair. So, so disappointed that a salon with the reputation of Toni & Guy think that this standard of service is acceptable!

I had my hair cut and styled today by Jodie and i highly recommend her, she made me comfortable there and helped me out with my hair choices which i really appreciate. She achieved the hair i wanted and i'm so happy.

Had a colour and cut today and wanted to commend everyone that works at this branch. The service here is outstanding; a place where ALL the staff genuinely care and want to provide an excellent service. I always feel very well looked after and the results by Chelsea are always what I want even when I don’t know it ;0)

Had my first haircut since covid rules lifted. Iain did an amazing job. Delighted with my Bob. Felt safe and reassured on every level with Iain. Salon clean and tidy. Atmosphere good.

I was my hair before visiting the salon for a dry cut. Joanna does a very good cut. I think it's a bit over priced considering l have short hair and cut only.

Like the title says Joanna and Chelsea are so lovely! I always enjoy coming in the salon. The first time i visited I had long hair that I just constantly tied back and the colour was terrible (from another shop) so I asked for a change and i wanted it short and the colour corrected. Joanna did the most beautiful pixie cut and Chelsea corrected my colour into a beautiful colour! I come out the shop feeling like a million dollars and my confidence through the roof! If you want a beautiful cut and colour then Joanna and Chelsea are the girls to see!! THANK YOU GIRLS! ??

First of all the wash basins were so uncomfortable it was like having your head in a vice! Technically my haiecut is probably good but it doesn't suit the shape of my face at all, to be fair it probably isn't *****'s fault as I was wearing a mask and he has never even seen my face! It was a complete waste of £66, I came home and cried ? needless to say I won't be getting my haircut again until i dont have to wear a mask!

Abby is literally the only person I would ever trust with my hair colour. She is extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled and consistently produces the most outstanding results. Abby is also the warmest, friendliest, loveliest person. I feel so lucky to have found her.

I had a great experience while visiting Toni & Guy Romford. This is the first time I had visited the hairdressers since lockdown. Demi my hairdresser gave me a great haircut and restyle. She is kind & considerate and it was nice to be back in the salon. Also, the young lady who washed my hair was very helpful & friendly.

Thank you Ian my hair colour is fabulous from bleached blond with about 4inch dark roots to a lovely silver grey and a great much needed cut. 1st hairdo since March and it’s great!

My first visit to here, Chelsea listened to what I wanted, gave her own professional advice, and did everything to a high professional standard. I very rarely say ‘this is exactly what I wanted’ and found myself saying this to Chelsea! Look forward to going back.

Iain was Fabulous as always, he’s been cutting/colouring my hair for years, wouldn’t want to go to anyone else. The scan code is a great idea for magazines. Boxes to store your personal stuff great idea and now doing coffee again (disposable cups) makes you feel a bit normal in abnormal times

Chelsea is an excellent hairstylist with a bubbly personality. It's been my first haircut since lockdown and the experience went smoothly.

First time back since Feb/March so the children and I were very excited to get our hair cut. Chelsea did not disappoint! Her friendly disposition is exactly what you would want from a hair salon. She is very attentive and engages with myself as well as the children, making them feel at ease.
The salon wasn’t overcrowded and all staff took care to sanitise the premises.
