Always a pleasant experience. Everyone is very friendly and I like the products, although they are quite pricy to buy.

Hannah did an excellent job as ever.
Hair wash was good, but would have appreciated the usual small massage.

Great cut , great colour & as always really happy.

My stylist was great as usual but the overall experience was not very nice. The receptionist didn't greet me or even look at me, although she did manage to tell me I was 10 minutes early. The person who brought me the gown didn't offer to help me put it on. I actually asked the shampooist whether the salon had brought in a new silent treatment policy perhaps in response to complaints about the usual type of chat. However, she assured me that they were all very tired because of the run up to Xmas. My point is that most people like to feel nurtured when they go to the hairdressers. If it wasn't for the stylist I would be looking round for a more welcoming salon
