An amazing place with lovely staff. Naomi was so friendly and helpful. I was nervous about going to try a hair topper but there was no need. Anyone suffering with hair loss/thinning please give them a try, you won't regret it.
I’ve visited Trendco in Birmingham several times now and seen Jules who immediately put s you at ease. I’ve had thinning hair for the last few years and my partner actually talked me into going as I was very embarrassed and it was causing me so much stress trying to do my hair everyday but after having toppers it’s given me back my confidence, Jules is brilliant she styles them to how you want them, they are also securely fitted and very easy to put on once you’ve got use to them. Anyone with thinning hair give these a try you won’t regret it ?
I visited Trendco Birmingham on Saturday 25th with my friend who was very nervous about showing her thinning hair to someone close up. Wow was I amazed at the patience, expertise and professionalism shown . They were kind and honest and nothing was too much trouble. My friend looked a million dollars with what she chose and o can’t wait for us to return in a fortnight to finalise everything. I have to admit I even purchased one myself as I thought they were gorgeous and looked just like real hair
I felt vulnerable after losing my hair to alopecia but Jules put me right at ease. She is extremely empathetic, a great listener, professional and clearly every experienced. She gave me complete attention and a generous amount of time at my first consultation and on my second visit she went the extra mile in finding the perfect solution for me. I was thrilled with the end result and happy to walk out of the salon wearing my new hair! All the staff I encountered at the salon are very warm, smiley and welcoming and it makes a huge difference! Thank you so much for your customer care it really is outstanding.
I visited trenco today and cant believe the welcome and friendliness of Julie she was so helpfull with my wig and chose first one I tried on also helped me talking about my hairloss due to chemo and how to look after my scalp I came out the shop wearing my wig and im so happy with it so light and comfortable cant thank her enough I hope to visit again and I was also told I can order and they will post it out she understood me and helped me feel good and not to stress I would also like to say the receptionist was very nice thank you once again for your help and kindness ive felt great from minute I walked out .and hope to visit again .

Anyone with any hair issues please please go here! The staff are so warm and helpful I felt rite at home walking in with my bold head for the first time and they weren’t phased in the slightest. I was in need of help after a disaster with a hair system and they they got me in 3hours later and 2 days later I’ve just left with a brand new wig that looks just like my real hair used to. Julie and Naomi are a fantastic team!! If you are concerned about COVID 19 then don’t be, Julie and Naomi both have full visors on and every customer is offered a mask, they don’t stop sanitising the whole time. All in all amazing service and products everything you need in one place. Thanks ladies xx

I had an appointment yesterday with Naomi who was so kind and honest. I expected to walk out with some sort of wig, but she told me this was not necessary and recommended some spray to cover my bald patches. Naomi showed me how to use the spray and the difference was amazing. The atmosphere was calm, friendly and there was no pressure to buy. I would definitely recommend this service, how lovely it was to walk out feeling more confident about my appearance. Thank you so much!

After finally finding the courage to enter the world of wigs to cover alopecia why did I wait so long. Naomi was fantastic finding a wig I felt comfortable in with some laughs along the way no pressure just kindness I left the salon feeling like my old self with my confidence restored. Why I waited so long I will never know my advice is make that appointment.
The first time I visited the Trendco Salon Julie made me feel at ease, and went through all the different options open to me.
There was no pressure to buy and no time limit to make my choice. Having now made the decision to go with the full wig I am absolutely thrilled with my new hair and my new look, the wig is light and feels very secure, and looks natural.

Having been diagnosed with cancer and facing chemotherapy i was terrified and extremely anxious about my future hair loss. I was also left completely deflated by the poor advice and service offered by the wig salon in the Royal Staffordshire hospital, A breast nurse recommended i try Trendco in Birmingham and i was lucky to be given an appointment following a cancellation that same day. I met Julie and Naomi and was overwhelmed not just by their expertise,advice and guidance but by their genuine compassion,understanding and honesty.They did not try to sell me any particular item and indeed would not have let me buy a wig on that same day,they just gave me all the options available and provided so much advice that i really appreciated. They really were all about looking after me and were a tremendous help,i feel very very lucky to now have them as part of my recovery team on my journey to beat this cancer and can not recommend Trendco Birmingham too much.An absolute credit to this most crucial of services for patients. I have been going to Julie at Trendco for the last 12 months having lost my hair due to chemotherapy. Julie spent a long time with me trying to find the right wig and she did so very successfully. I have had two wigs and on my last visit she clearly told me that I did not need another one and styled my new growing hair to enable me to walk out without a wig! How great a person is that. I cannot recommend Julie highly enough.

I have been suffering from unexplained hair loss for a couple of years and had got to the point where my specialist suggested a wig. It took me three months to summon the courage to go to Trendco and I am SO glad I did. Marie was kind, understanding and incredibly patient, showing me many styles and making very useful suggestions. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and in fact, I did not on this visit, wanting time to think over various options. I also tried some of the scarves and turbans. Wow! I've been wearing various scarves and small hats and not been happy with them. Trendco's aren't cheap but they are beautifully designed and made and the difference they make is amazing. I went home with a bag full!

I have been visiting trendco at birmingham for many years.to start with it was very hard for me dealing with the problem.julie has always been really understanding and patient with me .i think i can say i have tried almost everything there from ready to wear to made specificaly for me. I am now comfortable with the ready to wear ones.over the years i have got to know julie naomi and lorraine they all tell me honest opinions and are really helpful.
I'm a 24 year old whom has different from thinning hair due to polycystic ovaries on and off for a number of years. I recently had a baby and with the hair loss after giving birth I lost most confidence more and more as my hair fell out in handfuls when I touched it. I went to trending and immediately felt welcome and confident they could help me. Julie was lovely and helped me realise that in my panic a wig wasn't what I needed but a clip in hair pice would hide the thinning. I love my new hair pice my hair feels and appears so much thicker and looks a perfect match for my hair colour. So pleased!
The staff are very nice & helpful. On arriving at the shop finding it very hard to accept I was going to be losing my hair & needed to pick a wig , Naomi was so lovely & made it a lo easier to deal with. My 9 year old daughter was very upset at seeing me trying wigs on & again Naomi was brilliant with her & got her involved.
I am 16 years old and have Trichotillomania for me the thought of buying a wig caused me a lot of anxiety, I was worried that people would judge my condition and that I would find it difficult finding a style which suited me. The people at Trendco completely understood and in no way patronized me and were so kind and helpful. They made it clear they dealt with people like me who were in the same position, had the same anxieties and they could not have reassured me better. As someone who suffers with social anxiety it was really helpful for me that they have a private consultation room away from other customers. The wig I ended up with is really beautiful, amazing quality and I feel really happy and confident in it.
My 16 year old daughter has trichotillomania and has been fitted and come away with a wig which makes her look and feel a million dollars, she looks fantastic and everyone was very helpful - it was all about my daughter and making it work for her, smoothing out any issues and ensuring anxiety was kept to a minimum. Brilliant service - thank you all.

On arrival I was met with a very pleasant receptionist who put me at my ease
I was shown into my private room without any delays, and a delightful young stylists attended to me,
First I was made a cup of tea, and she very quickly decided a colour and style that was suitable for me
They had the wig in stock, meaning that I could take it home with me and I ordered another one,
Which would only take 2/3 days to be delivered into the shop, she also arranged for me to pay for
The second one over the phone and she would post it on to me, thus saving me. The trouble of travelling

It has been a long journey over the past 3 years since developing alopecia and both Julie and Naomi have been wonderful. They have given me impartial advice on different hairpieces and there have been many! But more importantly they made me feel at complete ease even through the tears which eventually turned into laughter. Thank you all for your understanding and support which I know will continue for many years.

I would just like to say the staff at Trendco in Birmingham have been amazing to me , when I first got alopecia I felt my world collapse, myself worth and confidence was nonexistent , I went to Trendco and Julie made me feel relaxed and at ease. She helped me pick my first hairpiece , that was eight years ago . In that time I have had several differant wigs, I have just got my first dermalite wig . I think it's amazing , it has been a long journey but I feel my confidence coming back , I'm feeling like me again and it's all down to Julie who has helped me through, apart from my family no one sees me without my hairpiece, it's just the way I am, but when I go Trendco Julie and the other girls do and I feel totally fine, they are such nice people. I've even got eyebrows again Julie tattoos them for me and I love them. I would just like to say thankyou to Julie and all the staff at Trendco Birmingham for everything they've done for me xxx
