My hair has been over processed twice now by this salon. I've spend over £100.00 on the treatment at the salon and over £200.00 to fix it by myself because the salon did not care.
I paid £113 for my hair to be cut and coloured purple ,and for the second time it has turned all different colours ,which has never happened before .The staff aren't interested in sorting it out and suggest you go to a different saloon .How unprofessional and rude is that .They take your money quick enough ,but not interested when you have a problem .l was told I wasn't welcome .
Unfortunately I had a painful experience with a underarm wax. The skin wasn't pulled correctly and I was left redness and bruising. When I went back to show the therapist, she said it look like a reaction to the wax. It clearly wasn't and there is no irration, when the next underarm was waxed I had to hold the area of skin the therapist should of held. This underarm is fine, and didn't hurt where as the first under was very painful as the therapist didn't hold the skin correctly! I have showed other therapists in other salons and they have all said the same thing! Very disappointed that when I went back, there was no apology no nothing!!
