I booked in for the first time while staying at the Charlotte Street hotel and had a great experience. I decided to cut off all my hair and Evelina did it with great confidence, such a great cut. Also had a great shampoo by a girl that was supposedly in training, well done! I will definitely be back, thanks so much Evelina, I love my new short hair. Tauna Ingall
