There seemed too many staff and not enough room for them all. It feels like they are trying to fit more services in to make more money at the expense of the customers. The place needs redecorating and sprucing up. The service I had was good.
Hi, Im so sorry you were disappointed with your visit. We often work to capacity on weekends and between 5-9pm, these are just such popular times. We also find its more chaotic on a Friday (more so at half terms and around payday) but if you try a Tue/Wed/Thur daytime it will be much less frantic we promise :0) Thanks for the comments RE decorating, we are just awaiting a move into larger premises with our existing landlord here at ShenleyBrookEnd, so a shiny new spacious premises will soon be ours!
