Was in and out in less than 30mins. No real consultation before starting. Hair washed by someone wearing rubber gloves which is extremely uncomfortable. After leaving the salon had to return to get my hair fixed - only noticed how unfinished it was by looking in a shop mirror. Extremely disappointing given how expensive this place is - no better than a standard high street salon but charges more than double.
