I really don't leaving bad reviews especially when I have been to the salon before it was a few years ago but I had an amazing experience the colour was done so well and the atmosphere was so friendly , I felt this time that as soon as I was sat I was left for a little while and the stylist was at reception eating while I sat in the chair and then he left me a couple of times to take phone calls , the colour looked good when I left but just over 4 weeks later it doesn't look like it's been coloured at all , on a positive I can't fault the cut at all and the stylist who did my cut was lovely ! Again I really hate leaving bad reviews but I just didn't feel like I had the same amazing experience as I did the first time so I expected more and just felt abit deflated
