Atmosphere is understandable given I had my appointment on a Sunday on bank holiday weekend. But skill level of my hairdresser wasn't great, even with my discount it wasn't good value for money. My hair is quite thick and I asked her to thin it out. She wasn't able to do this and just cut my hair shorter with shorter layers which had made the bulk of my hair more prominent. I'll have to go to another hairdresser to fix this
