Firstly had a really good hair wash & head massage by an assistant, he was friendly & attentive offering drinks. Then Chaise spent time cutting and restyling my hair. She was friendly and I didn't feel rushed at all. She used effective cutting techniques and gave me lots of styling tips. Felt pampered and was so pleased I'd come in. Thank you!
