Everything about my visit to Toni&Guy was perfect. The salon is very welcoming and was quiet when I went (a weekday morning), no having to shout over hairdryers and music! My hair was cut by Chloe who was so nice and friendly, chatted throughout, and thoroughly understood a) what I wanted and b) what would work with my hair. I felt I could completely trust her with "whatever you think is best!" and I wasn't disappointed, getting by far one of the best cuts I've had... ever, and I've been to a lot more elite salons and higher level stylists in the past, for way more money, so I came away very, very happy and will certainly be returning whenever I'm back in the West Midlands. I can't recommend the place highly enough.
