As a regular customer, I was disappointed with the colour of my hair after consulting with the stylist my wishes, also the blow dry was not what i am normally used to. No hair spray was offered, and the stylist who coloured my hair did not show any empathy to my response on the final colour. Not sure if I will be back, as it's too much money to feel shortchanged after you leave the salon 1.5 hours later.
