I felt the person doing the blow dry wasn't experienced enough or listened to what I wanted it was a basic blow dry and i've had better for half the price.
The lady cleaned her brushes by cutting off old hair in front of me.
She wasn't organised and didn't even show me the back of my hair in a mirror, nor speak to me once I had to ask her 3 times to smooth under the front of my hair.
I was in there at 5:20 and some of the staff was having their hair done and some doing their own in the mirrors.
