Disappointing Customer Service

I had an appointment which I had booked online for 5pm. I received a text reminder telling me it was 4pm. I called the salon to say I had booked online and was sure I had booked for around 5. They weren't very helpful and I eventually had to cancel my appointment as I was unable to make 4pm. When I got home and checked the screenshot I had taken of my booking and the email confirmation I had received, both confirming my appointment at 5pm. I called the salon back to tell them and the lady I spoke to really didn't care and wasn't apologetic at all. She sounded like she was sitting at the other end of the phone rolling her eyes. When I asked her how this could happen she said she didn't know and would have to call the it people who could look at the details of the booking. She said she would call me back Monday. Needless to say - no phone call. I understand computer systems go wrong sometimes and I would even understand if someone had changed the appointment and forgotten to tell me. However, I don't understand poor customer service and I dont want to return to the salon.
