It was my first experience at Toni and Guy in general but specifically the Birmingham central branch and I will certainly be making a repeat visit. I was referred to this particular branch by a friend and it certainly didn't disappoint. I arrived into Birmingham early after making a 40 minute journey specifically for this appointment and the staff were brilliant, rang me to inform me that my stylist was ready early if I want to go in and then were extremely helpful and friendly when I arrived. My stylist Chaice was brilliant, she was great to chat to and me feel completely at ease after choosing to go for a very different style for me. The cut itself is great and I've already received lots of compliments on how good it looks! I will definitely be recommending Chaice as it was well worth the visit!
