Warm welcome and a smile and shown to seat straight away. Offered a drink so opted for the hot chocolate which was really delicious and the maltesers were a lovely little added bonus! Daniella actually took quite sometime to discuss what type of haircut I wanted and I didn't feel pressured to explain! Shampoo and massage were very nice and relaxing. Got offered another drink when back at my seat. Chatted the whole way through the appointment and didn't feel like just another client. Blow dry was really relaxing for me. End result was pretty amazing and not how I would ever have imagined it to be. Thank you to Daniella for your input and making the whole experience worth the money.
