Firstly the receptionist Ann is excellent, she could not be more attentive and she is one of the reasons I return. Kelly is my stylist and she is also attentive and talented. My more negative comments would be the salon itself which looks tired. I feel that the environment is important and shows a willingness to invest in the company and improve the client experience. I also feel that the? manager or owner Wayne should speak to all customers,he has spoken to me once in 2 years. I am a manager (in a different field)and so I notice this.All the stylists seem bubbly and friendly but it is quite segregated, almost as if stylists rent their chairs and must only speak to their own clients. Would I still go if Kelly or Ann left, probably not.
